The Upper Room Recovery Community is led by Molly Kelly, Executive Director, a dedicated leader in the recovery community.
With lived experience in recovery herself, Molly brings both personal understanding and professional leadership to the mission of supporting individuals rebuilding their lives after addiction. Her work is rooted in the belief that recovery is possible and that safe housing, supportive community, and opportunity can transform lives.
Under her leadership, The Upper Room continues to grow as a place where individuals can find stability, connection, and hope.
Molly has been in long-term recovery for over seven years and is passionate about helping others find the same hope and stability.

Through Partnerships with local organizations, grant support, and community collaboration, The Upper Room is helping more individuals find stability and long-term recovery.
