Who We Serve
The Upper Room Recovery Community provides sober living for adults who are committed to living a life of recovery from drugs and alcohol.
Our program supports individuals who are ready to rebuild stability through peer support, accountability, and community connection.
Residents are welcomed into a supportive environment where they can focus on recovery, employment, and personal growth.
What Residents Can Expect
A Structured Environment
Residents live in a safe and supportive home where recovery and accountability are prioritized.
Case Management
Residents have access to case management support that helps them navigate recovery, set goals, and connect with community resources that support long-term stability and independence.
Pathways Forward
Residents work toward employment, stability, and independence while building a strong recovery foundation.
Program Expectations
Residents are expected to maintain sobriety, participate in recovery meetings, attend case management, and contribute to a respectful and supportive living environment.
Residents are encouraged to pursue employment, education, or other productive activities that support long-term stability and independence.
Program Eligibility
To help maintain a safe and supportive recovery environment, individuals applying to live at The Upper Room Recovery Community should meet the following general guidelines.
Commit to sobriety and remain drug- and alcohol-free
Complete a drug screen at intake and have at least 30 days clean and sober
Not have any active warrants
No criminal record of sexual or violent offenses *
Willing to put forth effort to change
*At the Executive Director's discretion
Program Cost
Residents must pay a $240 non refundable deposit upon move-in
Residents contribute $120.00 per week toward program housing and support services.
For individuals who qualify, Recovery Works funding may help cover the cost of recovery housing. Recovery Works is a state-supported program that assists eligible individuals in accessing recovery services. If an individual qualifies for Recovery Works, they must fill out the application below FIRST.

Individuals interested in sober living begin by completing an application and providing basic information about their recovery journey.
Application Review
Our team reviews each application and may follow up with additional questions to ensure the program is a good fit.
Next Steps
When space is available and the applicant is a good fit for the program, we will provide information about move-in steps and program expectations.
