当研究所は、企業法務に関し、以下の業務を受託します。
· 法的問題に関する調査および報告書の作成 (個別の係争事件に関するものを除く)
· 契約書(英文、知財関係を含む)・社内規程(例：プライバシーポリシー、コンプライアンス関係)の作成および相談 (行政書士業務）
(注) 現在弁理士登録はしておりませんので、出願等の業務はお受けできません。
The Institute offers the following services in relation to corporate legal affairs in Japanese or English.
· Legal research and reporting services
· Reviewing, advising on, and drafting Commercial Contracts or Company Policies & Procedures (e.g. Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct).
