Today's Lesson: Today we are going to combine what we've learned about pennies, nickels, and dimes. Get your coins out and mix them up. With your eyes closed, can you pick up a coin and feel it to determine which coin it is? Do you know its value?? Now sort them into piles according to their value.

• The insect life cycle starts with the EGG.

• The second stage in the insect life cycle is the LARVA. For a butterfly, we call the larva a caterpillar.

• The third stage in the insect life cycle is the PUPA. For a butterfly, we know this stage as the chrysalis.

• The fourth and final stage in the insect life cycle is called the ADULT. (Or in this case, an adult butterfly!)
