Question: Where are we located?
Answer: 4040 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1E 2R2
Nearest intersection: Galloway Road and Lawrence Avenue East
Question: What are the Storefront hours?
Answer: Monday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The first hour of the day (10-11 AM) is reserved for seniors and other people who are at risk or have accessibility needs. Visits are limited to 30 minutes.

Question: What COVID-19 safety measures are in place at the Storefront?
Answer: The following are the most recent safety measures in place as of March 21, 2022:
Visits to the building are limited to 30 minutes
A capacity limit of 6 community members inside the building at a time
Mask/Face covering and standard COVID-19 health screening is required to enter the building

Question: Where can I book a COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment?
Answer: Book a COVID-19 Vaccine through the Ontario Portal or call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre: 1-833-934-3900. Learn more on our Vaccine Information.
Question: Do I require proof of vaccination to visit the Storefront?
Answer: The Storefront does not require proof of immunization. In fact, the Ontario government no longer is mandating proof of vaccination, an active medical exemption, or participation in a Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccine trial.
To obtain your COVID-19 vaccine certificate with an official QR code, please visit the Provincial Proof of Vaccine Portal.
