Choosing activities for your child is about more than filling a schedule.

It's about finding a place where they are encouraged, challenged, and genuinely known.

We understand that every child is unique.

Some students walk into a room ready to make friends.

Some love adventure.

Others prefer to observe before jumping in.

At Harbor, every student is welcomed exactly where they are.

Our goal isn't to change who they are.

It's to help them discover who they were created to become.

⚓ Harbor Crew Schedule

To keep Harbor Crews small and relationship-focused, families choose one crew.

Crew A

The first scheduled Friday evening (6:00–9:00 PM) and Saturday afternoon (1:00–3:00 PM) each month.

Crew B

A second scheduled Friday evening and Saturday afternoon later in the month.

The exact dates may vary each month to accommodate holidays, community events, weather, and special opportunities.

Both Harbor Crews participate in the same Harbor Voyage and experiences.

Every Harbor gathering follows a natural rhythm.

Students arrive, check in, enjoy a snack, and reconnect with friends.

Fun games, teamwork, and problem-solving.

🌱 Harbor Experience

Service project, adventure, creative activity, guest speaker, or leadership experience.

Students share what they learned, noticed, or appreciated.

We celebrate courage, kindness, effort, and growth.

⚓ Cell Phone Expectations

One of Harbor's goals is to help students build genuine friendships and meaningful face-to-face connections.

During Harbor gatherings, cell phones will remain put away unless needed for a specific Harbor activity or in an emergency.

Students are always welcome to contact a parent through a Harbor Guide if needed.

We believe some of life's best conversations happen when we're fully present with one another.

What if my child is shy?

Harbor was designed with all personalities in mind. Students are encouraged—but never pressured—to participate, and Harbor Cove offers a welcoming space for those who need a quieter start.

What should my child wear?

Harbor T-shirt. Comfortable clothes suitable for movement and outdoor activities.

Can parents stay?

Parents are welcome to observe and participate in designated Family Events. During student gatherings, approved Harbor Guides who work directly with students complete Harbor's screening process to help maintain a safe and consistent environment.

How do I register?

Registration is completed online through our secure registration form.
