Fees

The Elements of Freedom accepts Private Pay only. I do provide Superbills for Out-Of-Network Coverage (This varies by insurance). I accept TheLovelandFoundation Vouchers.

I do not accept Medicaid/Medicare or any Insurance.

Individual 55-minute Teletherapy Sessions: $160
Individual 85-minute Teletherapy Sessions: $230

Free 15 minute Teletherapy Consultation

I offer a free 15 minute consultation in order to understand your needs and goals for counseling. if we are a good fit for one another, and if we are-- 2. Intake Paperwork, Consent Forms, and Payment verification. 3. Scheduling your first assessment session that's more detailed. Progress looks like consistently scheduling sessions, being open and honest, challenging learned behaviors, and continuing to work on goals outside of therapy. You will recognize the progress when your nervous system feels balanced and you feel confidently in control of your life. I prefer to work with clients who are ready to challenge their learned behaviors, able to trust the process, and are ready to be open and honest.

Payment

I use Auto-Pay through IvyPay for all payments.

Cancellation Policy

I require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, otherwise, the full amount of the session will be charged. This information is included in client's consent paperwork.

Please note that I do not offer face-to-face sessions. All sessions will be conducted through HIPAA Compliant video call.
