WHEN IT COMES TO PERMISSIONS - WE GOT YOU COVERED
Every school/institution is different in its job titles, roles, and responsibilities. Due to this, CK has created a multi-tier permission tree to accommodate the needs of our clients. During your discovery call, your deployment team will review the different permissions tiers with you, from that call, you will have the ability to define the permission tier that fits your business needs.
Ultimate Approver and Oversight. Consider the level 1 permission as "Super Admin" rights. This role will be able to view, edit, and approve everything from a CK and internal perspective
Campus/Local Authority. This level 2 permission is your local campus authority, while they do not have the authority to change global settings or processes, they have the highest local level to correct, edit, and manage CK
Campus/Local support. We are stronger when we support each other. For admin support roles at the campus/local level, the level 3 access will allow the admins to support faculty while reserving the "editing" rights to the campus registrar.
Whether integrated or not, when a faculty is assigned a class in CK, they will be granted the default faculty access. This access will assign them all the permission rights they need to manage their class.
Checks and Balances. Consider the level 4 permissions as the Overview access. Users with this permission right will have the ability to access dashboards with read-only and limited drill-downs options.
