Journey cycle 1: Refers to the implementation phase of setup, testing, production prep, training, etc. These items are typically done in the first 30 & 60 days of the customer life cycle with CourseKey.
Journey cycle 2: Is your "Go Live & Support" milestone. This is where the CourseKey product is live in your environment.
Journey cycle 3: After the CourseKey product has been launched in your environment, we will track, monitor, and report on usage as well as other benchmarking data for you.
