HOW DO YOU DEFINE A SUCCESSFUL CK IMPLEMENTATION?
When launching a new product or system, we must first define what objectives we are trying to achieve. Are we trying to reduce overhead costs by introducing software instead of an additional headcount? or are we trying to achieve more compliant practices? These questions we must ask ourselves in order to have a clear expectation of a successful implementation
Once you have defined what success measures you are looking for, you must also set a timeframe. Setting an appropriate timeframe is important as too much time may delay your ROI and too little time may yield inaccurate results
By defining your success measures within an appropriate timeframe, you have now created a systemic way of tracking and evaluating a successful implementation. This will allow you and the CK team to self-correct if needed or to validate current progress
Please define what a successful CourseKey implementation looks like for you and your institution. Are you looking for compliance practices? elimination of manual data entry etc....
