Differentiation Policy
The Collaborative intends to create equitable educational opportunities for all of our participants and their caring adults. If you need differentiated instruction or seek alternative assignments to ensure understanding, please reach out to your school rep or The Collaborative. We want you all to succeed!
A Note on Our Name Change
The RTU program is intended to provide asset-building education that allows everyone a voice at the table. While our original name, Refuse to Use, may have been appropriate in the past, it implicitly left out any families who may be engaging in substance use. We want everyone to hear the life-saving information our program offers, and to feel welcome at our events. For that reason, we have officially changed our program name to Resilience Through Understanding.
