Introducing A Weekly Therapeutic Yoga Series “Cultivating Calm”

Join Cassie Halstead - a skilled Kripalu Integrative Yoga Therapist, Mentor, & Teacher - who specializes in nourishing practices focused on emotional healing and balance. Cultivating Calm students will be guided to tap into their greatest potential through the tools of Yoga Therapy including meditation, mindfulness and gentle movement.  This class is appropriate for all ability levels and aims to increase a sense of resilience, grounding, and physical stability with integration of body, mind, and spirit.  Each session ends with her much loved Yoga Nidra Experience - an evidence-based tool for relieving anxiety, insomnia and finding deep relaxation through inspiring guided imagery.  Students will leave feeling joyful and restored with a deeper level of compassion towards themselves and others.

* Mats & props provided except blankets.   Please bring a blanket or extra layer for warmth during Yoga Nidra.
