Senior Spring - Week 1: Seniors will focus on resetting for the spring semester, finalizing post-high school plans, and completing any remaining applications and financial aid steps, especially confirming FAFSA is processed and staying on top of email actions.

The FOSSI STEM Scholars Program is a $40,000 scholarship for students pursuing STEM degrees at HBCUs, plus mentorship and industry networking opportunities.

The Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship awards up to $40,000 and a guaranteed paid internship to seniors planning to major in computer science, software engineering, or related STEM fields.

Thurgood Marshall Fund: Multiple opportunities across careers and industries. Create an account with minimal information to get started.
United Negro College Fund: Multiple opportunities, some may be location restricted. Requires account creation with more detailed information.
Free MyCAP Account is an online platform to compare financial aid offers, estimate net costs, and plan how to pay for college. Fellows and families should use CAP as they start the financial aid process this fall.

Update your BRYC Counselor on any admission decisions, scholarship decisions, or changes to your post-secondary plan
Complete the CSS Profile if required by your college
Forward FAFSA and CSS confirmation emails to your BRYC Counselor
Update your FAFSA and CSS status in Overgrad under the Financial Aid tab
