Please see below for information on ordering through Procurify. There is a TON of information but it is really important that items are put into Procurify correctly so they will be approved. Orders that are not put in correctly will need to be deleted and re-done.

• How to request a vendor:

• Families who would like to request a vendor to be added can do so through this survey Eligible businesses will receive an application to become an approved Blue Ridge vendor. Note: This does not guarantee that a business will become a vendor.

Many families order monthly subscription boxes to support their student’s learning plan. Subscriptions that are more than six months up to a year-long may be ordered during the first semester only through January 13th, 2023.  Six months or less subscriptions may be ordered through February 28th, 2023.  Three months or less subscriptions may be ordered through the last day of ordering, April 28th, 2023.

Books and Literature:

Ivy Kids - Ages 3 - 8, monthly educational box that includes a book and over 10 activities to go along with it

Science/STEAM Kits:

Groovy Lab in a Box - Ages 8+, hands on STEAM activities

The Young Scientist Club - a selection of science kits for elementary age students

Geography/History Boxes:

Little Passports is  a global adventure for your kids. They have three subscription boxes you can choose from. 

• Early Explorers - Ages 3-5, explore a new world theme each month like music oceans and dinosaurs 

• World edition  - Ages 6-10, discover a new country each month with souvenirs and hands on activities

• USA edition - Ages 7-12, learn about two new states each month with activity packed journals

• Science Expeditions - Ages 9+, reveal the mysteries of the world through science. 

These subscriptions are offered in 3, 6, and 12 month increments. Stand alone items are available.

Craft and Create Boxes:

KiwiCo has different boxes to choose from:

• Koala Crate - Ages 2-4, with hands on learning

• Kiwi Crate -  Ages 5-8, with STEM projects 

• Doodle Crate- Ages 9-16, with creative art crafts

• Atlas Crate- Ages 6-11, encourages an appreciation for world cultures

• Tinker Crate - Ages 9-16, with STEM projects to encourage tinkering

• Eureka Crate - Ages 14+, with science and engineering projects

DIYhappy kits - Ages 3 - 11,  a monthly or quarterly themed activity box.  Individual kits can be purchased, as well

Green Kid Crafts - Ages 3 - 10, Eco-friendly discovery boxes, creativity and STEAM kits

Miscellaneous Kits:

Brainy Kit - Ages 4 - 9, a Montessori subscription box that comes with 7 lesson plans, a certified guide, and everything you need to implement them. PDF kits available.

Girls Can! Crate introduces kids to fearless women who have changed the world!

Food and Cooking Boxes: Subscriptions that do not include food are allowed.

Raddish kids  - Ages 4+, a cooking club for kids that provides illustrated recipes and tools, with themes like "ticket to japan," "food is art,” and "my dream restaurant."  3, 6, & 12 month subscriptions available (no food included).

Kidstir - Fun cooking kit, each month includes recipes, tools, shopping lists, etc. (no food included)

Eat2Explore - cooking kits that help provide cultural education for different countries through recipe cards, activity sheets, and shopping lists.
