Extending Your Stay
Guests wishing to extend their stay for up to three (3) days before or after the contracted group dates should:
First complete their reservation using the group booking link for the contracted dates.
Then contact us with their Name, Confirmation Number and Additional Days to request the additional nights.

Important Booking Information
Booking Cutoff Date: The group booking link will expire on November 4, 2026.
After this date, the discounted group rate will no longer be available.
Any reservations made after the cutoff date will be subject to hotel availability and the prevailing room rate at the time of booking.
On the last Wednesday of every month, the NFM team will be hosting a free Homebuyer's Webinar. Feel free to promote and send clients to this event. Click on the link above for sample text to send clients as well as the link to register.
When a client registers, they will be asked the name of the agent they are working with. Following the event, if you are named as an agent, the NFM team will reach out to you to let you know that your client attended.
