We are thrilled that you are interested in joining The Agency Team Hawai'i. There are two different tracks (for agents already in eXp and for those who are with another brokerage or a new agent), but the support is the same! Please see below to see which track you fall into.

Book a Meeting with Team Leader (Dylan Nonaka) to ask questions, find out about the team, and learn about the next steps to join.
Fill out the team form. Once you fill this out, a team agreement will be emailed to you.
Send us your headshot. We would love to officially welcome you to the team via a social media post. Send your headshot to onboarding@theagencyteamhawaii.com.
Go through The Agency Team Hawai'i Resources. Look through our website to find our meeting links (on the homepage) and all of the resources we provide (You will note that you will not have access/permission to all of the documents at first. Once you sign the team agreement, we will add you to our shared google drive which will give you permission to access everything.)

Book a meeting with Team Leader (Dylan Nonaka) to ask questions, find out about the team, and learn about the next steps to join. You are welcome to bring the person you will be naming as a sponsor to this meeting.
Complete the join application. Name your sponsor (you cannot change your sponsor once the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) has been signed). The team is The Agency Team Hawai'i and Dylan Nonaka is the team leader. If you have any questions on how to fill this out, contact dylan@buybigisland.com or 808-937-8382.

Hawai'i License Transfer Instructions
Get a DCCA change form or Broker Certification (for new agents) signed by your broker and send it to onboarding@theagencyteamhawaii.com . We will get it signed by an eXp broker and turned into the DCCA for you.
