Tom is an attorney, mediator, arbitrator facilitator and trainer. He has been extensively trained in all aspects of Dispute Resolution. Tom has an interest in understanding the issues raised with cross-cultural disputes. He gave the Keynote Address on Interfaith and Multicultural Dialogue at the Dispute Resolution conference at the Ismaili Center, London, in May 2016. He organizes and facilitates dialogues on multicultural issues. He has travelled to the UK, Dubai, India and Europe to train and teach courses in Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration. He is also an organizer of the Global Youth Development Initiative, a multicultural virtual mentoring program for international students living in conflict zones.
Harshit is an arbitrator, mediator and advocate based in India. He is the co-founder of Pine Law Partners LLP and an avid proponent of ADR mechanisms. In addition to acting as an arbitrator and mediator in varying disputes, Harshit regularly acts as counsel before different forums. He is registered as an arbitrator with the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) while also being associated with organisations like the Mumbai International Arbitration Centre (MCIA) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Harshit is passionate about supporting the growth of ADR in India and he has judged and contributed to more than twelve international competitions organised by various universities.
Tanmay is an arbitrator, mediator and India-qualified corporate lawyer. He co-founded Pine Law Partners LLP with Harshit and has a strong affinity towards utilising ADR to resolve client disputes. Having graduated with a masters from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai, Tanmay utilises his exposure to the domestic and international legal fraternity to contribute different perspectives on ADR that can help all stakeholders. Tanmay is a member of the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Arbitration Committee and engages with domestic and international corporate parties as an arbitrator or as counsel. In the past, he has judged and supported a number of domestic and international ADR competitions that help increase understanding and awareness of ADR at the university level.
