Tat is a dispute resolution practitioner based in Singapore. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1989 and admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2004. He is an accredited mediator and arbitrator with many distinguished institutions and has been mediating a broad spectrum of commercial and public interest disputes for over 15 years. He is also committed to developing future mediators and has worked with institutions around the world to train and assess mediators and mediation advocates. Tat is a 2017 Weinstein JAMS International Fellow, Co-Chair of the IBA Mediation Committee and a board member of Singapore Mediation Centre. He has received recognition for his practice in The Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal: Mediation. Tat's practice focuses on conflict and dispute resolution. He has over two decades of extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and collaborative dispute resolution practices, and has appeared as counsel in the State Courts, High Court and Court of Appeal of Singapore and in domestic and international arbitrations.
Allison grew up in Canada and has spent much of her career living and working in different countries around the world. Upon completion of her Post-graduate studies in Conflict and Dispute Resolution, she began her mediation career establishing a pioneering intergenerational mediation service in London. Allison has contributed to research and writing in the commercial mediation sector and assisted in the development, and ongoing management, of a global non-profit mediation resource, Mediation World. More recently, her work has focused on project management, mediation, intercultural dialogue and conflict transformation. Whilst based in South Africa, she delivered trainings to a wide range of practitioners within the governance, development and human rights sectors. Allison conducted base line and qualitative research in other African countries emerging from civil conflict, and investigated issues concerning social justice, human and people’s rights, peace building and the environment. She is now living in Berlin with her family where she works as a consultant.
Catherine lives in Sydney, Australia, and is a nationally accredited mediator practicing in Australia and internationally specializing in commercial and workplace disputes. She is also a Trainer for the Australian Disputes Centre’s Mediation Training Courses in Australia and Asia. Catherine has a legal background having practiced commercial litigation in Sydney and London. Catherine enjoys working cross culturally and is a judge and trainer at a number of international mediation and negotiation competitions for law and business students in Europe and India. She is passionate about building communication skills for young people in life and business.
Nathalie is a Geneva-based, CEDR accredited mediation practitioner who has assisted hundreds of parties across a range of sectors to resolve their disputes. She is passionate about facilitative mediation processes, particularly in the context of franchise, small business, workplace, and community disputes. Nathalie is an experienced mediation coach, trainer, and assessor. She has written and taught the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Management Unit on the Executive Master of Business Administration for the University of Western Sydney, conducted training in mediation for business and government in Hong-Kong and Australia, and acted as Assessor in international mediation and negotiation competitions in India, Austria and Australia.
Charles had a 30-year career in Central London law firms as a Solicitor and Litigation Partner. He has been an Independent Commercial Mediator since 2007. His areas of specialization are broad, running from M&A, Art, Media & Entertainment, Banking, Finance and Commercial. He has been a trainer in numerous Civil & Commercial mediation courses across Europe, Africa and the Caribbean leading to internationally accepted accreditation.
