The Association for International Dispute Resolution (AIDR) in an initiative started by the AIDR Professionals Foundation, a non-profit company registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India. AIDR’s primary objective is to provide opportunities to students and professionals to train and increase their awareness in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms. The idea of AIDR is based on the principle of helping more stakeholders gain access to better resources and upgrade their skills to do better in varying environments, whether they are academic or professional in nature.

With ADR speedily gaining traction in emerging economies, AIDR wishes to act as a bridge between experienced and trained international professionals and everyone else looking to develop their skillset in the ADR industry. In particular, the student base of various law schools across the world is comprised of a highly enthusiastic and hard-working community of young individuals eager to learn and grow, who AIDR’s founders have been working closely with since the last many years.
