Studio Practice is a title that describes your journey exploring making artworks that engage with your thematic concerns. When making artworks for your exhibition it is very important to keep in mind the time frame and how best to make artworks within this limitation. So always best to make a solid plan, keep to it and don't be distracted! Remember the art you make will count for 40% of your final Grade.
IB Art students often move too quickly from one idea to the next and the challenge lies in slowing down enough to go beyond first response, beyond the obvious. To develop bigger ideas you need to experiment freely, then investigate thoughtfully, then make something intentionally, then reflect, review, refine.... .
You must be MAKING artworks at all times from now on!!!!
