The USTA Texas Tennis Summit is a gathering of close to 300+ tennis industry leaders from across the state.  This weekend-long celebration of our great sport combines USTA Texas Committee Meetings, On-Court Sessions, Expert-led Impact Sessions, Committee Showcase, Red Ball Challenge and more! 

This year’s Summit takes place at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center on September 26-27. We hope that you will come and collaborate with other tennis enthusiasts as we work together to propel tennis to new levels of popularity across our state!  

YES! Committee members are invited and encouraged to attend. All committees have a scheduled meeting time on Saturday, September 27. 

Committee members will receive a complimentary registration. Guests of a committee member will incur a $75 fee to attend. 

The registration fee for all attendees and guests is $75. This includes programs on Friday and Saturday, as well as provided meals: Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and Saturday lunch.

Yes. Similar to annual meetings and other semiannual meetings, eligible expenses are reimbursed for committee members that attend the Summit. For more information, see Expense Information.

The Texas Tennis Summit & Semiannual Meeting is open to everyone from the Texas tennis community – CTA leaders and volunteers, on-court providers, retailers and more. All are invited to attend. **

Yes, USTA Texas has secured a rate of $199/night plus fees for registered attendees of the Summit & Semiannual Meeting. This is a limited room block – first come, first served – so you are encouraged to book your room early.

In order to receive the hotel reservation link, you must first register for the event. The link will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Committee members who are unable to secure a room in the discounted USTA Texas block, or who stay at an alternate hotel, will only be eligible for up to $199/night reimbursement.

Yes! All attendees must register to attend the Summit & Semiannual Meeting and must pay any applicable fees. 

The hotel room block is available only for registered attendees. The link will be included in your registration confirmation email.

No late or walk-up registrations will be accepted. The deadline to register is Sunday, August 31.

True to the intent of the Summit of bringing together the Texas Tennis Community, this meeting is designed to bring industry leaders together to discuss important issues facing our sport. To keep the integrity of this meeting, attendance is by invitation only. 

On-Court Sessions will be held in a ballroom with a tennis court set-up inside. Acclaimed tennis professionals will lead sessions on various topics. 

Impact Sessions provide all attendees valuable information and experiences. Hear from Texas tennis leaders as well as national staff and volunteers who will provide different perspectives and highlights that will leave you inspired. 

All sessions and committee meetings will conclude on Saturday at 4:15 p.m. The LLC Workshop (for LLCs only) will begin on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and will carry over to Sunday. The NJTL Workshop (for NJTLs only) will be held on Sunday at 8:00 a.m. For a full list of events, see Schedule.

Yes! Both PTR and RSPA members can earn credits for attending our on-court sessions. More information will be provided onsite.
