All medicines must be PICKED UP by an adult before the last day of school, June 17 (half day).
Please call your school nurse to arrange the day and time for pick up. Medications cannot be stored over the summer for the following school year.
REMEMBER TO GET NEW ORDERS OVER THE SUMMER FOR THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR!
Medications in schools:
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin) for pain, and for students over 12 years old, antacids Maalox or Tums can be given to students with written permission of a parent. Nurses have stock supplies. Over the counter (OTC) permission forms are found in Droplet.
All other medications, including other OTC medications require a doctor's order, a labeled pharmacy package, a signed parent form, and the medication. OTC medications need to be in original packaging.
ALL MEDICINES MUST BE BROUGHT IN BY AN ADULT.
