PROGRAM REGISTRATION
It refers to the process by which Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Programs are registered with Technical Education and Skills Developement Austhority (TESDA). It is the first stage of of the Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS).The registration process attest to the capacity of the Technical Vocational Institution(TVI) to deliver its stated curicula to learners/trainees against the minimum standards prescribed in the Training Regulations (TR).(Program Registration Operating Procedure 2017).
Institution who wants to offer TVET programs must first register it in TESDA. A Certificate of TVET Program Registration (CTPR) will be given to those who passed the evaluation process.
TVET PROVIDER
There are five (5) Land-based TVET providers in the province of Camiguin, namely: 1.) Camiguin School of Arts and Trades, a TESDA supervised school, 2.) Camiguin Polytechnic State College(CPSC), a CHED supervised school, 3.) Fatima College of Camiguin(FCC), a private school, 4.) Bonbon Sagay Upland Farmers Association (BSUFA), a farm school, and 5.) TESDA Provincial Training Center- Camiguin. They are offering the following registered courses/qualifications:

Requirements for enrollment:
1. High School Card for High School graduate or Transcript of Record for College level/College
graduate
2. 3 pcs -1x1 I.D. picture with white background with collar
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
