Q: What courses do you offer?
A: The trainings we offer can be seen when you scroll over the "Courses Offered" link on this site. You may also proceed to the application form where there is a dropdown list of the trainings we currently offer.
Q: What are the requirements?
A: The requirements training and/or assessment can be found on the the Training and Assessment Requirements page on this site.
Q: How do I apply for training?
A: Go to the Application Form page in this site and fill up the form. Please press submit at the end of the form for us to receive your submission. You may call us at 422-0556 to confirm if we have received your form.
Q: There is no submit button in the application form.
A: The submit button is found on the last page. You need to fill up the data needed and press next in each page. You will see the submit button on the last page.
Q: The application form is empty/just plain white.
A: There are some instances where when you press next, the browser/app does not go back to the top of the next page, simply scroll up and continue to fill up the form.
Q: How much is the training?
A: Trainings offered by PTC Carmen are mostly under scholarships and so tuition is FREE!
Q: Do you give allowance for your trainings?
A: Most of the scholarships offer allowances while others do not. This will depend on the kind of scholarship currently available. What we can guarantee you is the training you need to learn the skill you want.
Q: I did not finish High School/College, can I enroll in training?
A: Some scholarships have specific requirements that need a certain educational attainment. You may still apply and we will be matching you with a scholarship that is right for you.
Q: When is the next training?
A: We usually start the next batch of training a week after the previous batch has finished or once there is enough participants to start the next batch.
Q: When will my training start?
A: We in TTI-PTC Carmen continuously provide training based on our allotment. Each training consists of 25 trainees. Once you have already registered, we will be contacting you on a first come, first served basis. Because of this, we cannot give you a specific date since some people who registered decide to back out and we will contact the next people in the list.
Q: I still have not been contacted and it has been some time since I registered.
A: You may confirm/follow up your reservation by contacting us at 422-0556. This is usually because there are a lot of people who registered and so we may have not yet reached your name in the reservation list. This may also be because your contact number could not be reached. You may verify by calling us.
Q: The person who registered after me has already started training and I still have not received any call or text.
A: You may contact our office for verification. This may be due to certain requirements that you do not meet for the current scholarship. For example, for the UAQTEA scholarship, you need to be either a high school graduate or at college level which means you do not qualify if you did not graduate high school or if you are a college graduate. This may also be because we could not reach you in the contact number you provided. Either way, you may be enrolled in the next available schedule if this happens. Please contact us so that we may address any issues that led to this.
Q: Are your trainings online or face to face?
A: Some parts of our training are online and others are face to face, you may call us for more information.
Q: When can I get an assessment?
A: Competency Assessment need to be scheduled by 10 candidates. You may register in the by filling up and submitting the application form on this site and we will contact you once we already have a schedule for you.
