PROGRAM REGISTRATION

It refers to the process by which Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Programs are registered with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).  It is the first stage of of the Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS).The registration process attest to the capacity of the Technical Vocational Institution(TVI) to deliver its stated curricula to learners/trainees against the minimum standards prescribed in the Training Regulations (TR). (Program Registration Operating Procedure 2017).

Institution who wants to offer TVET programs must first register it in TESDA. A Certificate of TVET Program Registration (CTPR) will be given to those who passed the evaluation process.

Requirements for Enrollment including National Assessment :

1. 6 pcs. 1x1 ID Picture (white background with white collar)

2. 6 pcs. Passport Picture

3. Form 137/138/  for High School Gradduate/ALS Certificate for ALS Graduate/TOR for College Graduate and Undergraduate

4. 3 copies Birth Certificate

5. 3 copies Marriage Certificate for married women

6. 2 pcs. Long brown envelope

7. Medical Certificate

8. Barangay Clearance (Contact Tracing Level II ) only
