is an establishment officially authorized by TESDA to manage the assessment activities of candidates for national Certification (PM Accreditation Of Competency Assessment Centers 2017).
It is where the National Assessment for Certification is conducted.

AC Mission:
The Assessment Center of Camiguin School of Arts and Trades (CSAT) is dedicated to deliver accurate, industry-aligned assessments that certify the skills and competencies of individuals. We aim to empower our graduates to contribute to the sustainable development of Camiguin and the Philippines, particularly in the tourism, agriculture and construction sectors, by ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

Conduct of Assessment for National Certification
TESDA pursues the assessment and certification of the competencies of the middle-level skilled workers through Philippine TVET Competency Assessment and Certification System (PTCACS). The assessment process seeks to determine whether the graduate or worker can perform to the standards expected in the workplace based on the defined competency standards. Certification is provided to those who meets the competency standards. This ensures the productivity, quality and global competitiveness of the middle-level workers (www.tesda.gov.ph). Once a candidate passed the National Assessment/Examination, he will be granted a National Certificate (NC) by TESDA thru its Provincial Offices,
