Q: What is the Delta Sigma Pi app for?
A: The app helps brothers stay connected, track events, log service hours, manage attendance, and access chapter resources all in one place.
Q: How do I log in?
A: Use the email associated with your DSP membership. If you’re new, your chapter admin will send you an invite link.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
Q: How do I RSVP to events?
A: Go to the Events tab, select the event, and tap RSVP. You can update your response anytime before the event.
Q: Can I track service and professional hours?
A: Yes! Use the Hours Tracker to log service, professional, or fundraising hours. Officers can review and approve submissions.
Q: How is attendance tracked?
A: Attendance can be logged via check-in codes, QR scans, or officer check-ins during events and meetings.
Q: Can alumni use the app?
A: Not yet, but in the future, alumni can access events, announcements, and chapter news. Certain features (like voting) are restricted to active members.
Q: Does the app support multiple chapters?
A: Not at this time
Q: How do I get push notifications?
A: Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings. The app will send reminders for events, dues deadlines, and announcements.
Q: How do I update my profile?
A: Go to Profile > Edit Profile to update your contact info, graduation year, or professional interests.
Q: I’m an officer. How do I manage events or members?
A: Officers have additional tools in the Admin Dashboard for creating events, approving hours, and updating rosters.
Q: Who can I contact if something isn’t working?
A: Use the Support tab in the app or email the chapters VP Chapter Operations for help.
