Membership is open BY AUDITION ONLY. This is an advanced ensemble that performs high level concert band literature. Students in this ensemble are required to perform in a small ensemble, audition for All State Band/ All Northwest Band, and have attendance at all extra rehearsals and performances. This group also travels to Wind Band Festivals around the state of Washington. Students perform at four concerts in Tenino, as well as SWWMEA events. The Wind Symphony performed for the small schools concert hour at the WMEA State Music Educators Conference in Yakima in 2018.

Membership in this ensemble is open to all 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, and 12^th graders wishing to continue performance and their experience in band. The purpose of this ensemble is to provide an experience for students to experience quality wind band literature and to develop their skills on their instruments. Students will perform at four concerts as well as SWWMEA events.
