Socially driven HVAC optimization uses input from occupants in dynamic temperature management. Results from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) showed 20% cooling savings, a 59% reduction in hot and cold calls and 83% of occupants more satisfied with their thermal conditions.
