About Me

Thank you for visiting our classroom's website! I am excited to get to know you as a member of our Patriot family!

A little about me- I grew-up in Poway/San Diego in a very active family! I loved elementary school and learning, and knew I wanted to work with kids. I attended University of Redlands to play soccer and run. I majored in Sociology before graduating in 2017. Within a year, I missed learning, and deciding to return to school to earn my Masters and Credential from the University of Phoenix. I have subbed in every grade K-8, and taught 2nd grade for two years.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, movies, nature, and staying active with running, CrossFit, hiking, sports, and chasing around my niece!

I am huge on justice and fortitude. Room 10 emphasizes the golden rule towards ourselves, our peers, and learning materials.   My goal for this year is to create an environment where student are willing to try everything, not be afraid to make mistakes, and never give up!
