FT Studio (FTS) tool Overview
For Project Sonic, contributors use the FTS tool to submit their TimeSheets. To ensure optimal use of the tool, please consider the following information:
The sole purpose of the FTS tool is for contributors to report the time worked on Multimango and Parimango tools. There is no task performed in FTS rather than submitting TimeSheets.
FTS does not track time on the backend. Therefore, there is no need to have the tool open while working on Multimango or Parimango.
Please note that the information reported in FTS is used by our Finance Team to process your compensation. It is crucial to submit a TimeSheet every day you complete tasks in the working tools (Multimango and Parimango).
FTS Log in
If this is your first time working with FTS tool, you have received a separate invite to join the tool. You MUST accept the invite and create an account BEFORE you begin working in the Client platform.
If you have previously used FTS but provided a different personal email for this project, you will also receive an invite that MUST be accepted before you begin to work.
If you have previously used FTS and your personal email remains the same througouth several projects, you should be able to access FTS seamlessly.
Daily Hours & Task Logging
When working in Multimango and Parimango, the client's working tools, keep a personal record of the hours and tasks you complete per day.
At the end of each day, log your project time (hours and minutes) and the number of tasks in FTS. This must be done daily.
You should only log time for hours worked, NOT for time logged in when no work was available.
Our team has developed an option for collaborators to update their TimeSheets in FTS.

Work Limits
Do not exceed 40 hours per week or 10 hours per day.
The workweek starts on Saturday and ends on Friday.
Contributors who exceed these limits may be removed from the project and will not be paid for the time reported that exceeds these limits.
