Our Learning circle ARGO
In the start the journey was too exciting. We were talking about norms, how our work effects people, how it is not just about the classroom but all the lives we touch through our work. Learning about responsibilities, meeting new people and all the museums were great. We were engaging in activities like Yellow Hat, culture plans, 5E and 5step method etc.
After fourth week, we started teaching in class. On first day my class was a disaster due to net problem and when my PM came to my class to observe, my electricity went out. Introduction to all the new materials like student curriculum framework, selecting objectives, ppts, google forms and bad classroom experience took a toll on me. I was scared and was not able to sleep. During sixth week, for the first time I was feeling strong and capable of taking classes. With the support of our site staffs and the all the efforts they were putting made me more conscious about my surroundings and gave me space to grow as a leader.
I'm lot more confident and now I know whom to go when I need support. Asking for help is little easier comparing to the start. The whole journey build me to take chances with creative ideas in class and enjoy being there. Every classroom is different and every classroom needs different methods to learn. Now, I'm understanding all this and just like Rapunzel I'm ready to show off my learnings.
The emotional connection with the team is strong and we all are facing trouble accepting the fact that institute is about to end.
