Kids always open a new door a new door. If you tell them this door leads to heaven and other you are not sure of, they will definitely choose the second one out of curiosity, this is what makes them unique. They know what they want but how to get it is our job to teach them.

Leading others is a big statement. I am right now not that capable, learning through process will make me realize I can change some lives with time but the life which will be most effected by this is MINE.

Who doesn't want to be a superhero, that's why I chose my classroom theme as superheroes. Kids were excited to tell the names of their favorite hero and collecting the points they ill get by doing homework and attending classes. Planning all this before hand by just assuming how my class will be was exciting.

We only met 2021 fellow one time face to face but through that one meeting I could say they will work hard to make their classroom a better place. They do work on time, ask even small things to make sure we are comfortable.2021 fellows have already taken the leadership roles for their students even when they are in the institute. Looking forward to see some amazing changes in our students and I am sure they will be able to bring significant changes. We are all here to support each other

I remember talking to 21ers for the first time. After a long day from institute they voluntary asked us to have a meeting with them. Late Evening zoom meeting asking about anything and everything. So much curiosity and passion I could see in each one of their eyes. Everyone wants to come on ground and problem solve the challenges. I believe 8Cs are taught well in the institute or they all have mastered the 8Cs by themselves before joining the fellowship.

She is a great team worker and is easy to collaborate with. Radha is compassionate and hopeful about the future. She tries to inculcate all the qualities of a good student in her children. She has a lot of patience which is the best quality that a teacher must have. I got to learn a lot about how and when to be soft on students in her class. ♥️
