1. Read through the Logistics Memo carefully to know where to go, when to be here, and what to bring!

2. Complete one more form to make sure you are paid:

   • If you are 18, fill it out yourself

   • If you are under 18, fill out the first half with your information, but the last two boxes (name & signature) need to be filled out by a parent/guardian.

   • Payment Information: ACH can be used if you have a bank account you want to directly deposit the stipend into. If you don't have a bank account yet select "check"

3. Complete your pre-activity from Positively Arts in the email sent to you. Pre-activity depends on if you are doing a Music Video or Web Series
