Students in the 7th and 8th grade dive into the finer attributes of combining musicianship and technique during their daily 50-minute rehearsals. Musical selections will become increasingly difficult as they expand their knowledge of its theoretical and structural characteristics. Other objectives include demonstrating the ability to comprehend and perform with blended sounds and balance, shifts and vibrato.  In preparation for high school, the application and precision of various techniques will become more habitual and sophisticated.
