Hello! My name is Tequila Lockridge. I am very excited to be your 1st grade teacher for the 2020-2021 school year! I am originally from Toledo, Ohio. This will be my 18th year teaching. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Alabama A&M University and a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. I truly believe that teaching the future leaders of tomorrow, inspiring minds, and motivating students to greatness is the best thing since sliced bread. It is an honor to serve the students and parents at the Leadership Academy at Mitchell Boulevard. I am looking forward to an amazing year of learning and growing together.
