Hi, I'm Alexis Gross!

This is my third year as Student Success Coach at World Languages Institute, and my 18th year as an educator.

I have taught English in Japan, Social Studies in Arlington and Fort Worth, and AVID in Fort Worth.

I am excited to be at WLI helping our amazing students on their journey to their own futures! Go Gryphons!

Hobbies

I love gardening, riding my bicycle, cooking, reading, and traveling. My garden goals are to create a beautiful landscape that sustains my own family and butterflies, bees, birds and other pollinators year-round.

Family

I am blessed with a wonderful husband, two big sisters, and awesome parents. I am especially lucky that they all live here in Fort Worth where we can gather together often!

Professional Goals

My purpose at WLI is to help all students succeed in their classes and achieve their goals. I do this by meeting with students, visiting classrooms, meeting with teachers, planning events, and teaching the Freshman Success Enrichment and High School Enrichment electives.
