Pouring Potential! - JA Job Shadow Experience at Coke Canada — a unique, hands-on learning experience designed to introduce high school youth to the world of work, specifically in manufacturing, distribution, and related sectors.
This one-day immersive event will take place at the Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited @ 24 Fenmar Dr, Toronto, ON M9L 1L8 on Thursday April 9th, from 10:00am – 1:30pm.
Students will tour the facility, hear from professionals across departments, and engage in mentor-led discussions to better understand career pathways and the skills needed to succeed. The event is for 40 students geared toward students aged 16+, with a focus on those interested in Technology, Manufacturing, and trades ,(though students from other grades & trades are welcome too!). Even if students are simply curious about a career at a large company like Coca-Cola, this can be a valuable opportunity for career exploration!

Eligibility
Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria to be considered for summer employment.
1. Student Status
You must be currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary educational institution and returning to full-time studies in the fall. Proof of September enrollment in an educational institution may be requested.
2. Age
You must be a minimum of 16 years of age prior to start of employment. Some positions may require students to be a minimum of 18 years of age. Please refer to individual job postings regarding specific age requirements.
3. Conditions of Employment
You must be legally entitled to work in Canada and have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN). Applicants who are 18 years of age or older will be required to provide a satisfactory Police Record Check prior to the start of employment.

LIFT learning opportunity for BIPOC Grade 9 and 10 students.
2 Programs are running this summer:
July 20-24th
August 10-14th
Students will get to spend half the day in the hospital units shadowing doctor mentors and then the afternoons participating in group learning experiences (eg career networking sessions, Indigenous perspectives on the healthcare system, Hospital design 101, hands-on medical simulation sessions etc.).

To note:
There is a $600 stipend for attendance and we will cover all the other expenses (travel and food costs).
The program will run for two different weeks. Students can each only attend for one of these two weeks, but we encourage them to tell us if they have availability for both dates on the application form.
TAC Sports Group is gearing up for our March Break and Summer Camps, they are looking for energetic students who love sports, working with kids, and having fun.

Preparing for Engineering: Grade 10 Information Day (Saturday, February 7, 2026).
This in-person event is designed for grade 10 students ahead of their grade 11 course selection, to help them understand what courses they should be taking, how their high school curriculum aligns with an engineering education, and what programs and potential future careers are available to them. After a presentation, students and their families will have the opportunity to speak with various members of the U of T Engineering community to get all their questions answered.
