Your child's current secondary school is the best resource for post-secondary pathways. Along with the school team, your child's ToDHH can support with the transition to many different post-secondary paths. The resources below are offered as information only for students and their parents/guardians/caregivers to help guide the transition from secondary school.

This video was prepared during lockdowns associated with the Covid pandemic as a resource for is for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students who were graduating in spring of 2020. This video was created with limited time and resources and in response to the educational setting and needs at the time. Some information may now be dated however, ToDHHs will be providing current information to students.
