A Viability Review meeting is required for any school interested in purchasing a storage unit. This will help give guidance and confirm the placement and installation details for storage units on the school site.
For more information and to request a Viability Review meeting:
Storage units should be easily accessible to the outdoor classroom and visibility concerns must be considered when choosing a location. Planning the location will ensure it's successful use. The concrete units can be placed directly onto an asphalt or grass surface. The steel units need to be placed on asphalt or a gravel bed (if placed on a grass surface). At least one door needs to open onto a hard surface. It is recommended you choose a second (back-up) location in case your first choice location is not a possibility.
