The Ministry of Education has decided that the EQAO will now represent the final exam for Grade 9 math. Please review the following information about EQAO in 2026/2027:
Dates: January of 2027 (Sem 1) or June of 2027 (Sem 2), during class time (before exam week)
Format: Online, two sessions, 54 multiple choice problems
Content: Grade 9 math curriculum
Preparation: Sample EQAO problems and practice EQAO test
Weighting: 20% of final grade (as required by Ministry of Education)
