Step 1 - School Account Login
Click on the Green Button
Step 2 - Sign in
Sign in with your TDSB email address & password
Step 3 - High School Plan
From the Dashboard, click on the three lines on the left and then High School.
Step 4 - Add Courses
Add courses to your High School Plan. Click on + Course to select from courses at Malvern.
Step 5 - Review Selections
Click on Review Course Selections to review your chosen courses
Step 6 - Submit Selections
When you are confident in your selections, click Submit Course Selections to submit courses to your school.
Please note once you have done this, you cannot make changes!
Step 7 - Send Approval Email
Student will fill in the email address for their parent/guardian and click the “Send Approval Email” button...
Step 8 - Enter Parent/Guardian Email into box and Send
Important Information Re: Parent/Guardian Approval
Students can resend the approval email multiple times if needed. For example, if an error is made when entering the email or to share the approval request with more than one parent/guardian.
While you can send approval to more than one parent/guardian email address, only one person needs to approve it
Once a request has been approved or rejected by a parent/guardian, this invalidates other approval requests sent by the student.
If course submissions are re-allowed for a student by a counsellor, this invalidates previous parental approval of the submissions and allows students to send a new email after re-submitting.
