L'Amoreaux Collegiate Institute's Library Learning Commons serves as a major social and academic hub within the school. With a curated collection of thousands of books, magazines, graphic novels, academic texts, and a massive virtual collection, the library offers students endless opportunities to read and research.

But while supporting student literacy remains a top priority, the days of a library filled only with dusty books and silence are long gone. The LLC has a full lab of 40 computers, a complete teaching space, a full compliment of mobile Chromebooks and many areas for students to meet, collaborate, create and explore.

Many groups and clubs meet in the LLC on a daily basis. It is also a place for students to seek help with research and writing assignments or improve their English, French, or foreign language skills. The library is fully staffed and supports teachers and students from 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM every day.
