STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. It is an integrated approach to student learning. Students working in the Indian Road Crescent Outdoor STEAM yard explore and learn in a natural environment. Young children are full of wonder and it is important for them to engage in hands-on activities as students foster a love for learning. They will learn to ask questions, investigate, and creatively explore the natural world as they solve problems and seek answers.
