Cross country

Practices: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 8am (meet at the back pavement area)

Cross country meet date and location: October 16th at Sir Winston Churchill Park (301 St Clair Ave W)

Please head over to https://parent.ema.tdsb.on.ca/ and look for "All-Grade All-Gender Cross-Country Team" in order to complete a permission form for your child. If you are still having trouble, please email vlad.velici@tdsb.on.ca. Our conference qualifier meet will be on October 16th at Sir Winston Churchill Park, followed by the conference finals on October 22nd at Sunnybrook Park, and the city finals on October 29th at Sunnybrook Park. 

Here are some guidelines to ensure that students are well prepared for the race: Grade 1 and 2 students need to run 1km without stopping, Grade 3 students need to run 1.5km without stopping, Grade 4, 5 and 6 students need to run 2km without stopping, Grade 7 and 8 students need to run 3km without stopping.
