Please find attached the flyer for Positive Possibilities, Young Parents and Prenatal program on Zoom. (22 yrs. old & younger)
The Program is on Wednesdays at 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
Anyone interested and wants to register, they can email prevention.services@sickkidscmh.ca
Every week we have a Registered Dietician and about once a month we have a Registered Nurse, from our SickKids Centre(Adolescent program).
When a Participant attends the zoom, they will receive a Food share Good food box, with fresh fruits and vegetables the following week. Delivered to their home.

The Digital Access Card will provide immediate access to TPL’s digital resources and services, including ebooks and eaudiobooks, streaming music and video, and research databases. This new membership option is for adults and teens (13+) who live in Toronto and do not already have a library card.
