We are a group of Grade 12 students from Toronto who, as part of a math project this year, reflected on our learnings from Unilearnal's 28 Moments of Black Canadian History and created a design based on these reflections. Some of us chose to use this opportunity to raise our voice about a social justice issue in our community, highlight a person or event important to us, or tell our own story.
We used our knowledge of math and technology to create the designs using mainly polynomial, rational, trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions. Each design is accompanied by a message explaining our choice. The exhibits are shown in order of work submission.
