What is an IEP?
An IEP is an Individual Education Plan that describes the Special Education program and/or services your child requires. It identifies learning expectations and any accommodations needed to assist them. The plan also helps teachers monitor progress and provides a method to share information with you and your child.

TDSB IEP Parent Consultation Form will be sent out to families via email within the first two weeks of school. This gives families the opportunity to contribute to the IEP.
