Quad 1 (2026/27) Registration Details
Thank you for your interest in registering at CALC SS (EdVance)!
LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR QUAD 1, Monday, September 14th
Bring your transcript/status sheet and proof of citizenship status.
If you do not have a transcript from Ontario, we will make you an appointment to get an assessment at the assessment centre. Alternatively, you may book your own appointment by calling the centre. Information can be found HERE.

Quad 1 runs from September 8, 2026 - November 12, 2026. New and returning students born between January 1, 2006 and December 11, 2008 are welcome to register for CALC SS (EdVance). Students born in 2005 or earlier, please visit the CALC Adult section of our website.
Students are required to have a minimum of 5 credits and must have ENG1P1, ENG1D1, or ESLBO8. The EdVance program is oriented towards students who have fallen behind completing their OSSD, however, we do accept graduates as well.
Registration will take place in-person at 1 Danforth Avenue, EdVance Student Services. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early with original documents listed below to avoid disappointment.
Please bring a pen and the following documents:
1. Immigration or Citizenship documents
2. Credit Summary or Transcript (if from Ontario)
3. Most recent IEP (Individual Education Plan) if applicable
4. Photo Identification
5. Proof of address
6. There is a $20 Student Activity Fee that must be paid through tdsbschoolcashonline BEFORE attending a Registration day. Please bring proof of payment/receipt to your Registration.
TIMETABLE STRUCTURE
PERIOD 1: 8:25AM – 10:25AM (FULLY IN-PERSON)
PERIOD 2: 10:35AM – 12:35PM (FULLY IN-PERSON)
PERIOD 3: 1:15PM – 3:15PM (FULLY IN-PERSON)
Classes are 2 hours in length, between 8:25am and 3:15pm everyday from Monday to Friday. Classes are at the same time everyday.
TDSB ACCOUNTS for New and Returning Students
Please note the following:
TDSB accounts will be activated 1-2 business days before the beginning of the quad
It takes 24 hours for TDSB accounts to be activated
It takes 48 hours for Google and Brightspace accounts to be activated
Students may not be able to access on the first day, dependent upon their registration date
It is the student’s responsibility to check their TDSB account and email
ACCESS YOUR TIMETABLE
TDSB uses the TDSB CONNECTS APP to help you stay connected and organized. By logging in with your TDSB school ID, your timetable is automatically populated allowing you to easily add notes, goals and details to each course.
