Password Reset
Students must ask a staff member to have their password reset, or see the Teacher Librarian
NEW Self Service Password Reset
IT Services activated the Self-Service Password reset feature for all staff and students in Grades 7-12. This feature will be expanded to students in Grades 5 and 6 starting the evening of Tuesday, October 19. These students and their parents/guardians were notified by email on Monday, October 18. They were provided the following step-by-step guide and demo video on registering for the Security questions method.
Shared Secret Password
Passwords are often reset to the shared secret password as follows:
TDSB Wifi for your personal device
Non-TDSB devices must connect to the TDSB-WiFi network. To connect to this network, find your device below. Username and password are your TDSB credentials.
Mobile Printing for Chrome Books
Mobile Printing for Chromebooks at BPCI
Open the Chrome browser or the Google app you wish to print from.
Click on File > Print and under Destination select See More...
It will list printers with the mobility print icon beside it.
Select the printer designated for your School/Department by searching for it using the Trillium Number/ Plant Number of the school. (Birchmount is 1113).
Only the library printer CLASS0085 will appear. - Right now that is the only printer enabled for mobile printing.
Once the printer is selected, you will be asked to authenticate using your TDSB employee/ student number and password in a pop up from ‘Paper Cut’. Once authenticated, the document will now print on the printer that has mobility print that you selected.
